It Was All A Dream… Since his passing in March of 1997, there have been many tributes to the late, great Christopher ‘Notorious B.I.G.’ Wallace. After being left unsatisfied by mediocre mixtapes and official albums, DJ Semi (the man who brought you ‘Biggie Smalls LIVE’ and ‘Ready to Die OG Edition’) and DJ KG (The Big Dawg Pitbull) had ‘a dream’ of bringing the world an album that Frank White would be proud of himself. “Forever” is a far from a mixtape.
